I first thought about starting a pilot recruitment platform while I was training towards my Diploma in Aviation. It was difficult to find a single aviation platform where I could view available career opportunities within reach of my experience level. Most jobs were scattered across outdated websites, hidden in social media pages, or passed along by word of mouth.
Avilink began as a pilot recruitment platform, but it is growing into a strong aviation community for both pilots and employers. It's not just an all-in-one destination for job listings, it also offers useful, aviation-specific advice tailored to Australia and New Zealand.
